Shipping

Orders placed by 5pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same day. We DO NOT ship on weekends and federal holidays.

We can ship to any address in the United States. We do NOT ship to PO BOX Addresses.

When you place an order, our UPS calculator will estimate the cost and estimated time of arrival of your order. 

Returns

You may return most items (not including sparklers, confetti poppers and custom items for these products ALL SALES ARE FINAL). Exception: for custom items that arrive defective/damaged - this must be reported to us with photos via email within 3 calendar days of delivery. After 3 calendar days, we can offer to repair/fix your item for a fee - please email us photos so we can quote you for the repair prior to shipping your item back to us. Returned items must be in original box and packaging materials or similar to prevent further damage while in transit on the way back to us. For everything else, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and a 35% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and MUST use UPS to return your order to us in its original packaging. Please email us with the 1Z UPS tracking number of your returned shipment to orders@creativpartysupplies.com so we will know when to expect it. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of shipping back your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us at orders@creativpartysupplies.com so we can give you a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we receive and process your returned item.

What are my shipping options?

We offer standard shipping (4-6 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and express (1-2 business days). Options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 150 countries. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it directly on our website or through the carrier's site.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Contact our support team by sending us an email to orders@creativpartysupplies.com with your order number. We'll investigate and provide updates or reshipment if necessary.
