Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement if your order has not yet shipped. Contact support immediately at orders@creativpartysupplies.com — changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay and Shop Installments (Buy-Now-Pay-Later) option.
Notify us immediately at orders@creativpartysupplies.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we can update it; otherwise, you'll need to arrange a redirect with the carrier.
We offer a 30-day return for most unused items in the original packaging. Some items, such as sparklers, confetti poppers, and customized items are considered final sale and non-returnable.
Send us an email to orders@creativpartysupplies.com and we will provide you an Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) # and we'll email you a prepaid return label (for domestic returns).
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Take photos and a video and email us orders@creativpartysupplies.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement or full refund, no return needed in most cases.
If an item is out of stock we'll notify you when it's back in stock and we'll suggest a comparable item (if available) so you can switch to this item. We'll also offer the option of a full refund.
