Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement if your order has not yet shipped. Contact support immediately at orders@creativpartysupplies.com — changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select buy-now-pay-later options like Affirm or Klarna (where available).
Notify us right away via email at orders@creativpartysupplies.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we can update it; otherwise, you'll need to arrange a redirect with the carrier.
We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Some products (e.g., final sale or personalized items) are non-returnable.
